In order for our users to use our water filter efficiently and provide safe and convenient drinking water, our countertop water purifier WP-RO-200G has a water volume setting mode. As long as you set the corresponding water volume, you will get the same amount of water every time you press the same water output button. If you have a need to specify the amount of water, then you can read this article carefully and we will guide you through the process of setting and calibrating the water volume of the machine. By following the steps below, you can customize the water volume to meet your needs and maintain accurate measurements.
Entering the water volume setting mode
First, you need to enter the water volume setting mode. This mode allows you to define the specific amount of water that will be produced each time the machine is used. Please follow the steps below:
Turn on the machine.
Within 5 seconds after turning on the power, press and hold the "1.2L" button for 3 seconds.
The machine will now enter the water volume setting mode and start automatic water production.
In this mode, the water volume will continue uninterrupted until you press the "1.2L" button again. To set the desired amount of water, simply press the "1.2L" button when dispensing the required amount of water. The machine will remember this amount of water and repeat it every time you press the "1.2L" button.
Note: After entering the water volume setting mode, the machine starts to produce water. When the water volume reaches only 0.2L, you press the 1.2L button again and the machine will remember the 0.2L water production. After you press the 1.2L button, the machine will only produce 0.2L of water.
Tip: Do not press the "1.2L" button immediately after turning on the machine to avoid accidentally activating the water volume setting mode. You can press the reset/flush button to pause the flushing process before pressing "1.2L", or wait until the flushing process is completed before starting water production.
Calibrating the water output
If you find that the water output of the machine is inconsistent or needs to be adjusted, calibrating the water volume is simple. Here's how to do it:
Turn on the machine.
Press and hold the "1.2L" button for 2.5 seconds within the first 5 seconds after turning on the machine. Make sure no other buttons are pressed during this period, otherwise the calibration mode will not be activated.
Once the machine enters the water volume setting mode, it will automatically start producing water.
Let the machine produce exactly 1.2L of water. You can use the scale on a jug or container to measure this.
Once the machine has produced 1.2L of water, press the "1.2L" button again to pause the water production. The machine will now be calibrated to deliver the correct amount of water.
Once calibrated, your machine will be ready to go and deliver the exact amount of water every time.
Troubleshooting and Support
If after following these instructions your machine still doesn't work properly, we recommend that you try these steps again. If the problem persists, please record a short video showing the problem and share it with us. This will help us better understand the problem and provide you with a tailored solution.
