Buyers' Guide: Steps to Replace the Filter

Ensuring that your water filter system is operating at its best requires regular maintenance, including timely replacement of the filter cartridge. This guide will help you understand when and how to replace your filter cartridge, as well as how to reset the filter reminder.

The filter cartridge indicators are reminders of color changes. There are 3 colors: green, yellow, and red to
indicate the specific lifetime of the filter cartridge. The three colors represent 1/3 of the life of the filter respectively.
When the lifetime of any filter cartridge depletes, the corresponding filter cartridge indicator on the panel turns red and the alarm sounds.

Steps to replace the filter
1. Prepare the new filter: Before you begin, make sure you have the correct replacement filter ready.
2. Shut off the water supply: To avoid any spills or pressure buildup shut off the water supply to your filtration system.
Remove the old filter: Depending on the filter model, carefully twist or pull out the old filter.
3. Install the new filter: Insert the new filter into the filtration system. Make sure it is firmly in place as instructed in our instruction manual.



After replacing the filter cartridge, you need to reset the filter reminder.

Here are the reset steps:
1. After changing the filter cartridge, just long press and hold the "Reset/Flush" button for 3 seconds to enter the reset mode, and the filter cartridge indicator will flash.
2. After that, just slightly short press the "Reset/Flush" button again to switch between different filter cartridges, and then select the specific filter cartridge you need to reset(the one you choose will flash).
3. Once the desired filter cartridge is selected, just press long and hold the "Reset/Flush" for 3 seconds to reset the corresponding filter cartridge. The indicator will turn green accompanied by a buzzer and chord sound, indicating the completion of the reset mode.
4. If there is no activity within 10 seconds, the filter cartridge reset mode will exit automatically.
