Installation & Compatibility
Will this under-sink unit fit in my cabinet?
Make sure your cabinet has at least 15.2" (H) × 14.4" (D) × 5.1" (W) of clear space. If a garbage disposal is already installed, pay extra attention to available space. Also, leave at least 2–4 inches of clearance around the water connections for easy installation and maintenance, and to prevent kinking or pressure on the pipes. You can also send us your cabinet measurements—our team will help confirm whether the unit will fit.
Does this RO system require electricity?
Yes. The system needs to be plugged into a power outlet under the sink. Make sure the outlet is accessible and not already fully occupied by a dishwasher or garbage disposal. If necessary, we recommend having a dedicated outlet available.
Is drilling required for installation?
Yes. Typically:
• 1/4" (6–7 mm) hole for the drain line
• 29 mm hole for the RO faucet (if not pre-drilled)
A drilling guide sticker is included. If you’re unsure about your faucet hole size, please contact us.
Can I use my own faucet?
Yes, you can use your own faucet. However, please note:
·The filter-life reminder only works with our original faucet.
·Using another faucet won’t affect water flow, but you won’t see the filter-life status.
·The fittings included in the box are designed for the original faucet, so other faucets may not be compatible.
